We know something about burger brackets here at BurgerBusiness.com, where the Final Four concepts in our competition are reigning champ Blanc Burgers + Bottles, Cheeseburger Bobby’s, Jake’s Wayback Burgers and In-N-Out Burger.
But we had to give a shout out to BLT Restaurant Group for the Final Four burger menu at its two GO Burger locations in Los Angeles and New York City. GO Burger is the latest creation from the multiconcept operator that previously developed BLT Burger, BLT Market, BLT Fish and others. Casual GO Burger celebrates the Final Four with a $12 burger for each of the four schools still in that other tournament. As you can see from the menu below, the four burger builds are clever. And there’s still time to, uh, borrow their idea. No harm, no foul.
