You (both of you) asked for it, so here are the BurgerBusiness.com 2010 Burger Brackets!
The rules are the same as with last year’s wildly successful brackets: The grid has 64 great burger brands. Are they the 64 best? You tell me. I just seed them in four regionals named for the four legendary burger-chain entrepreneurs: Carl Karcher of Carl’s Jr.; Ray Kroc of McDonald’s, Jim McLamore of Burger King; and Dave Thomas of Wendy’s.
Last year’s final came down to Twisted Root Burger Co. of Dallas squaring off against Burgerville of Vancouver, Wash. B-ville at the buzzer! Swish. A few newcomers got invites to the big burger dance this year; B Spot, Minetta Tavern, Local Burger, Blanc Burgers + Bottles and Bill’s Bar & Burger among them. Cheer ‘em on.
