		<description>Nice work here, good interview.  Though I have never had his food, I really like him on the show and was always entertained by what he did.   Funny that there seems to be a trend of top level chefs doing pizza, burgers, etc…  Esp. in the midwest, but I think that we are not alone?!</description>
